Time to Get Ready

Squaring an order away runs 1–3 business days — Monday to Friday, holidays set aside. An order landing over a weekend or on a holiday gets going the following business day.

Time in Transit

Once it rests with the carrier, the rough shape runs like this:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days, where it's on offer
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, set by where it's bound and the pace of customs

Read these as rough figures, not pledges.

Cost of Carriage

Checkout settles the cost off weight, size, and where it's bound. A share of orders and the odd promotion carry no shipping cost at all.

Trail to Follow

Dispatch sends off an email carrying your tracking number. The tracking itself may want up to 48 hours to catch up.

Customs

Bound overseas, any customs charge, import tax, or further fee your country lays down rests with the recipient. None of it rides inside the product price or the carriage, and the local courier tends to collect at the door.

Loss or Damage

A parcel slipping away en route, or landing in a sorry state, wants a note from you within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and from there we carry it to the carrier.

The Address

Run a careful eye over the delivery address at checkout. A parcel wandering off on the back of a wrongly set address rests outside what we carry. A slip caught within 12 hours of ordering hands us a shot at fixing it ahead of dispatch.
